The breakfast was excellent. Alison asked us the night before what we'd like for breakfast and was even able to include some vegetarian sausages (although I had forgotten to mention this in advance). The building is a lovely old (mid 1800s) and characterful house with spacious rooms and excellent ensuite facilities. The Rose room had a huge bed, a chair and sofa and even a chair in the bathroom. Coffee and tea facilities are provided in the rooms. There is off-road parking for a few cars right next to the house. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the Icknield Way passes right outside.

We haven't stayed at B & B for years after a bad experience but this restored our confidence. It's a beautiful quiet spot and Alison went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable, helping us out with cab numbers and even letting us check in a bit early to change into our wedding outfits. Breakfast was really good and relaxing. If we find ourselves needing to stay that way again we will definitely be staying there

Alison, the host, was delightful and accommodated our request to arrive much earlier so as to be able to change clothes before heading off to a family funeral. She also put in an extra bed as requested. The bedrooms are large and charming, the beds large and comfortable with crisp cotton linen. We enjoyed the home cooked full English breakfast. A great, lucky find!

Alison is a great host and her level of hospitality, amenities and breakfast were all to a very high standard. The communication prior was also very helpful.

What a gem!! The Church Farmhouse B&B is simply stunning and is situated in an idyllic location. Alison's attention to detail and desire to ensure guests have a first class experience is evident throughout, from the quality of the bedding to the ingredients at breakfast. If you want to feel welcomed and comfortable then the Church Farmhouse is perfect.

I had a lovely stay at Allison's B&B. I just stayed for one night but it was very relaxing, the room was lovely with the gorgeous en-suite attached. The room was immaculately cleaned and the bedding was lovely

This is a beautiful peaceful farmhouse with a friendly welcome and every comfort. Super cosy beds and bathroom. Awoke to bird song, which is always nice. In a cul de sac so no through traffic. Delicious breakfast.

Breakfast very good. Presented and cooked well. House cleaned to high standard. Lovely white sheet on a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee in room. Friendly, helpful staff.
